Ready, Set, Go Program (RSG)

The Ready, Set, Go (RSG) program, launched in 2023, supports youth as they transition from care to independent adulthood. Replacing the former Continued Care and Support for Youth (CCSY) program, RSG provides financial and non-financial supports to help young people achieve stability, reach goals, and build independence

  • Were in extended society care before turning 18.
  • Are a First Nations, Inuit, or Métis youth formerly under a customary care agreement.
  • Were part of a Voluntary Youth Services Agreement (VYSA).
  • Received supports from the Renewed Youth Supports program at 16 or 17.
