Adolescent Services

This program offers guidance in problem solving, skill building and parenting. It addresses the needs of families who are experiencing conflict between caregivers and their teens.

Assets

This program allows us to establish children and youth’s individual asset profiles and to develop asset building strategies through easy, fun and free activities.

Child and Family Worker

Through a wide range of services such as Triple P, Anger Awareness, Just for Dads, Go Girls, Coming of Age and Prenatal Services, this program helps parents develop skills and confidence.

Education

This program provides targeted and personalized support to meet children and youth’s learning needs. Focusing on their strengths, our goal is to improve educational outcomes for those in our care.

Family Finding

This program’s purpose is to discover, engage, heal and strengthen families related to children in our care, thus allowing them to enter adulthood with family connections.

FIT

Feedback Informed Treatment is a modern way of working with families. It allows us to develop close, trusting connections while improving service delivery and family outcomes.

Permanency

Planning for permanency begins with a focus on the child or youth remaining in their home. We work with families, extended families or communities towards establishing a stable and permanent home.

Signs of safety

This approach addresses the seriousness of alleged or confirmed maltreatment. It allows the family to remain the expert of their situation, maximizing the collaboration between families and workers.

Triple P

The Positive Parenting Program is one of the most recognized parenting programs worldwide. It is built on the core principles of positive parenting and the belief that small changes can lead to big results.
